SMALL AMOUNT OF INFORMATION. CLEAR CHOICES.

Just a demo.
Still thoughtful.

Here is exactly how the Good Practice appointment demo handles your choices and example details.

01

Keep it fictional.

Please use a made-up name and an email ending in .example, such as alex@visitor.example. We do not ask for a date of birth, address, phone number, reason for visiting, or health history.

The appointment form does not send requests to a booking service, email provider, payment system, or database.

02

Your details stay in memory.

Your example name and email are held only while the appointment page is open. They are not written to browser storage and are cleared when you leave, reload, or reset the page. They are also cleared after you create the demo confirmation.

03

Remembering choices is optional.

If you select “Remember my choices in this tab”, the demo stores only the service, fictional practitioner, date, time and example price option in this tab’s session storage. This helps you return to a selection after a reload.

Those choices expire after two hours without an update, and are cleared when you turn the option off, reset, complete the demo, or close the tab. If your browser blocks storage, the appointment journey still works while the page is open.

04

Downloads belong to you.

The calendar file and text summary are created on your device only when you choose to download them. They contain the fictional appointment details and a clear demo label. They do not include a name or email.

If you import the example into a calendar app, that app’s own storage and sharing settings apply. You can remove the event from that app at any time.

05

A fresh start is always available.

Use “Reset demo” on the appointment page to clear the appointment selection, any example details, and remembered choices. The “Make it yours” project brief is a separate shipandrun feature with its own visible handling information.
