The main entrance is step-free. Galleries 01 and 02, toilets and the studio are on the ground floor. A lift reaches Gallery 03; no exhibition requires stairs. Portable gallery seats are available.
Large-print text in every exhibition. Audio descriptions and touch samples in Soft systems; transcripts for recorded sound. Exhibition pages describe lighting and sound before you arrive.
The ground-floor quiet room has low lighting and seating. Ear defenders can be borrowed from the welcome desk. Tuesday mornings are the quietest part of the imagined weekly programme.
Buggies are welcome. A changing table is available in the accessible toilet. Under-12s enter free with an accompanying adult. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the building.
Personal, non-commercial photography is welcome in the imagined galleries. Please keep your flash off and leave tripods at home. Ask before including other visitors in your pictures.
The example admission policy allows same-day re-entry to the exhibitions included in your pass. Keep your pass with you; no extra ticket would be needed.
Listed gallery visits, conversations and workshops are included with admission to the associated exhibition or a day pass. They are drop-in sessions with limited space, allocated at the gallery. An admission ticket does not reserve a programme place. Sold-out sessions are marked in the programme.
Bring only what you need for an easy visit. Small bags are welcome in the galleries; larger bags would go in the ground-floor lockers. Water in a closed bottle is fine, and the courtyard is available for breaks.
INDEX is an original fictional concept by shipandrun. The building, location, artists and programme are imagined. The ticket journey creates a clearly marked example confirmation on your device. It takes no payment, sends no email and provides no real admission. You can clear your selection at any time.
