Where does COMMON deliver?
The demo supports Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and France. Choose a country at checkout to preview the journey. COMMON is a fictional brand; no products are actually dispatched.
What does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is €19 per order, or complimentary when the product subtotal reaches €1,500. Room-of-choice service adds €60 to the standard delivery charge. These same prices are used throughout the bag and checkout.
What is included in each delivery option?
Standard delivery takes smaller pieces to your doorstep and large furniture to the kerbside. Room-of-choice delivery carries the pieces into your chosen room and removes the packaging. Neither option includes assembly.
When would my objects arrive?
Each product page lists a preparation time. Objects in the same order travel together when the last piece is ready, followed by 2–5 working days in transit. The checkout shows the preparation time of every selected object.
Can I return an object?
In our imagined shop, you would have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Pieces would need to be unused and in their original protective packaging; return collection would be arranged individually. This describes the concept service, not an actual return policy for goods being sold.
Will a real payment be taken?
No. The entire checkout is a local demonstration. You can use example details, select delivery and save a concept order. There are no payment fields and no real transaction. No email is sent, and your street address and contact details are not saved with the confirmation.
Where is my bag saved?
Your chosen products, finishes and quantities are saved in this browser. The most recent demo confirmation is kept in this tab’s session. Browser storage must be enabled to carry the bag between pages. You can remove individual objects from your bag at any time.
Can I share a particular finish?
Yes. Selecting a finish updates the product link. Copy that URL to return to the same object and finish directly. Prices and material names stay with the variant when it is added to the bag.
